3. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Projects: All rights to custom client work are reserved to Pixartual Studio unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients pay for the right to use the deliverables as per project specifications. Pixartual Studio retains the right to showcase client projects in our portfolio and promotional materials.

Templates & Frameworks: Pixartual Studio retains full ownership rights to all proprietary templates, frameworks, and reusable components developed by our team.

Website Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Pixartual Studio and protected by copyright laws.

4. Open Source Models License

Our open source AI models (Atlas Model and LLM Text Based Model) are free for unlimited use under the following conditions:

  • Free Use: You may use these models for personal, commercial, or research purposes at no cost.
  • No Resale or Distribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense these models as standalone products.
  • Attribution Required: You must provide appropriate credit to Pixartual Studio when using these models in your projects.
  • No Warranty: These models are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of performance.

5. Payment Terms

Payment structures are flexible and determined based on client preference and project scope:

  • Payment Options: Deposit-based, milestone-based, or full upfront payment as agreed upon in the project contract.
  • Project Cancellation: If a client cancels a project, Pixartual Studio reserves the right to charge for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completed work is generally non-refundable.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Service Guarantees & Warranties

Pixartual Studio is committed to delivering high-quality work:

  • We guarantee professional execution of all agreed-upon project deliverables.
  • Post-launch support and bug fixes are provided as specified in individual project agreements.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixartual Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or open source models. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. User Conduct

  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our systems
  • Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
